Support for your health and wellness journey
Health challenges can arise at any stage of life—whether through major transitions like having a baby, natural hormonal changes in midlife, illness or injury, or simply the desire to make meaningful lifestyle improvements. In these moments, one of the most powerful tools we have is the mind—shaping how we respond, adapt, and ultimately thrive.
At Rosewood Psychology for Health, I offer compassionate psychological support to help you navigate health challenges with greater confidence, understanding, and self-compassion.
“Having worked with Helen for many years I can confidently say she is one of the most compassionate clinicians in the profession. Her ability to empathise & connect with others is central to her practice and she has a wealth of knowledge to offer clients"
Francesca S. Psychological Therapist

I work with women who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to manage the emotional impact of health-related challenges. This may include fertility difficulties, endometriosis, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), pregnancy, early motherhood, perimenopause, menopause, chronic pain, health anxiety, sleep problems, stress, burnout, or living with a long-term health condition.
Whatever you are experiencing, you do not have to face it alone. If you are wondering whether psychological support could help, I invite you to book a free, no-obligation 10-minute call to discuss your needs and explore how I may be able to support you.
